How to print a google calendar
Not everything has to be digital these days. If you want to print out your Google Calendar to display a month's schedule on your family's fridge or a week's schedule to hand in to your childcare provider, it's easy to do.
You can print a day, week or month from your Google calendar with the calendar and custom views. You can also select specific dates, which is handy for a travel itinerary or convention you're attending.
In this section:
Option 1: Print a day, week, month or custom view in Google Calendar
Visit the Google Calendar website, sign in if needed, and check the calendars on the left if you have more than one.
To print a month, select "Month" from the display drop-down list at the top of the main Google Calendar screen. If you configured a custom view, such as a five-day view, select it from the drop-down list. For a day or a week, you can select one of these views using the drop-down list or choose one of the other views and adjust it to Day or Week on the Print Preview screen.
Click the gear icon to the left of it to bring up the Settings menu and choose "Print."
On the Print Preview screen, you will see that the view is set to Auto. This means that the view you choose on the main screen is the one you will see here by default. However, you can change it to Day or Week from the Display drop-down list for these options.
Above the view, choose the print range for the dates you want to print. As you adjust this range, you will see the number of pages included in the preview.
Then you can choose a different font size to enlarge or reduce the text on the printed piece. You can also select Portrait or Landscape for the orientation set to Auto by default. For Color and Style, you can choose from Outline, Full Color or Black and White depending on your preference.
At the bottom of the print settings, you can check the Show weekends and Show events you have declined checkboxes if you want to include them in the printed calendar.

Option 2: Print a calendar in Google Calendar
Alternatively, if you have a particular calendar of events that you wish to print, you can do so with additional options in addition to those above.
Select "Schedule" from the Show drop-down list at the top of the main Google Calendar screen. Next, click the gear icon to open the Settings menu and choose "Print".
On the Print Preview screen, you will see some of the same settings as in the views above. You can select the print range for dates, choose a font size, and choose a page orientation. You can also view the events you have declined and print them in black and white.
Besides these settings, the Schedule view gives you more options at the bottom. You can print event descriptions, end times, attendees, and your responses to invitations. Simply check the boxes of the options you want to include.
Print your calendar or Google calendar
Once you have selected the view and adjusted the print settings and options, click "Print" at the bottom of the screen.
Depending on the browser you use and your settings, you may see the calendar open as a PDF file or have the option to print it immediately. Just follow the instructions to print your calendar.
