Strict quality control on parts
Red Road has established a supplier quality management team, which manages over 200 suppliers. Team members have excellent professional abilities and higher quality control standards than their peers. If an OEM wants to become a RedRoad supplier, it must go through rigorous qualification audits. In addition to passing various international certifications, products must pass inspections before they can enter RedRoad's product catalog.
Take vacuum cleaner wire for example, RedRoad's professionally designed wire fatigue tester uses a robot to simulate a human hand to bend the wire. The wire is only considered compliant after 2 weeks, after 600 folds without wear. Most companies of the same type only require 000 bends, so RedRoad is over 450% better than its peers. And all other components of the vacuum cleaner will also be subjected to wear tests of the same type.
After becoming a supplier, each batch of products supplied for RedRoad still has to go through a strict selection process, and unselected products will be placed in a special red box for rejection. If the rate of return is lower than the standard, the entire lot will be returned to the factory. According to the requirements of this system, the supplier must use the most sophisticated technology for RedRoad.
It is almost impossible for unqualified parts to finally enter the assembly line. However, in order to improve the quality, the RedRoad production line has implemented an alarm reward mechanism, front-line workers will supervise the quality of parts and other minor design issues. Assemblers who discover problems will immediately set off the red alarm on the production line. After verification, if it is indeed a problem, the worker will be rewarded.

Test the whole process

Its quality inspection level has reached the management level and testing capabilities recognized in the world, and its test results can be recognized by more than 20 countries and regions around the world.
Monitoring procedures include testing for noise, tightness, bending of various parts, life of the entire machine, etc. Each process is subjected to strict standard control, such as the carpet cleaning test. The tested carpet should be "housed" in an air-conditioned room with constant temperature and humidity for 24 hours in advance, and the test can only be performed by ensuring the stability of the different performances. Let's take another example: for any new product, the first batch will be sent to the life testing platform to simulate the conditions of use under all weather function tests.
In order to accommodate worldwide shipments and ensure that the vacuum cleaners in packaging will not have product problems when transporting cross-border, the RedRoad Testing Center has specially set up a constant temperature and humidity box. . Simulate the environment of the shipping container, put the whole vacuum cleaner package into the container, and then remove the product sample after receiving the high temperature test of 70 degrees Celsius for 45 days. Only that the packaging is not damp or deformed, the box body label is still in good condition, and the vacuum cleaner itself has no problem with the appearance or quality, then it could be ultimately judged as a qualified product.
The high quality of the product is the preservation of the value for the money paid by the users. Without quality assurance, no matter how good the performance or features designed for a product, users will have no chance to experience the product.
