Expected end of 2021
Apple's next Keynote, named after those famous presentations with great fanfare that have also contributed to the prestige of the Cupertino-based brand, will take place shortly to announce the likely arrival of a whole new generation of iPhone, the 13rd by name. Pending formalization, this announcement could therefore be made on September 14, 2021 according to our colleagues from Phonandroid for an official release ten days later.
During the last presentation and then release of Apple phones, there were four models between the mini, the classic, the Pro and the Pro Max. Despite the fact that the sales figures of the "mini" model are relatively weak, rumors speak of four new models for the future iPhone.
Apple should therefore follow the same model as the previous year while still revitalizing its "mini" range. On the price side, nothing should change and Apple should keep its usual prices. Relatively high, they remain profitable in view of the strong demand with each new release.
NEW ARRIVALS
If this information were to be confirmed, we would talk an iPhone thinner than its previous version, especially at the notch. By managing to minimize the size of its sensors, front camera and speakers, the width would apparently become thinner by a few millimeters.
Will there always be a lightning port on these new phones ? This is the main question, revolving around a rumor indicating otherwise. According to some usually reliable sources, Apple would like to remove any external port for a type of charging only possible through induction, like what is already happening with the brand's watch.
However, Californian engineers would find themselves at an impasse around the European market, with continental jurisdiction claiming from all manufacturers, the ability to see devices connected with a USB-C port.
Finally, Apple should successfully increase battery capacity of its phones, that's probably what it will be announced at the next Keynote, as always, you will say!
